Quaker Lake Sessions

Seeds

Seeds is a nature based education program for children 3 to 5 years old. In a small group setting, preschoolers are given the opportunity to explore, learn and engage in nature-based educational activities. Each theme consists of two consecutive Tuesday sessions.

Day Camp

Children, ages 5 and 6 years old, are able to experience a full day at Quaker Lake. While in cabin groups with a counselor, campers participate in a regular camp schedule including group activities, crafts, swimming, nature and worship.

Off-Site Adventures

These 4 day trips provide exciting opportunites for campers or families to expericence nature firsthand. Within a small group, campers gain a sense of community and self-confidence by canoeing and setting up camp along the river. Participants utilize wilderness skills while bonding and sharing in their faith on these challenging, yet rewarding trips.

Residential Sessions

Residential sessions are available for campers from ages 6 to 17 (specific age requirements vary depending on grade level). Sessions range from one night to one week. Campers stay in a cabin with a counselor along with 7 or 8 other campers.Throughout the day, campers participate in activities individually and with their cabin group. Each cabin group works as a ‘family’ while at camp, building community through worship, work, and play.

Family Camp

Parents share the experience of being campers with their children or grandchildren. Families are given a chance to get away from the hectic world, reconnect with nature and grow together. Unique opportunities are provided for families to strengthen their relationship with God through Christian fellowship.
